Return & Refund Policy

1. Donations

Jamiyatul Anwarul Charitable Trust Godegaon is a charitable and non-profit organization dedicated to serving communities through educational, social, healthcare, and welfare initiatives.

As donations are made voluntarily to support charitable causes and programs, all donations are generally considered non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate donation transactions.
• Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor.
• Technical errors during payment processing.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions reported by the donor.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request within 7 days of the donation date.

Your refund request should include:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
• Date of Donation
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Approval

All refund requests will be reviewed by Jamiyatul Anwarul Charitable Trust Godegaon on a case-by-case basis.

The Trust reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification of the transaction and supporting information provided.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–15 business days.

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the donation transaction, subject to the policies of the respective payment gateway or banking institution.
